Glenlivet

To celebrate the launch of Glenlivets’ new, Caribbean reserve - a single malt that is aged in old rum barrels - I developed a series of ECRM content that embraced the sights, smells and sounds of the Caribbean. This resulted in the Glenlivet BBQ Club. A comprehensive summer guide that was full of unique food recipes, BBQ cheatsheets and a ltd edition hot sauce that infused the traditional Scottish heritage with the soulful, Caribbean flavours.
